This course facilitates the transition of the practical nurse graduate to the role of the associate degree nursing student. Emphasis is on the application of the nursing process in providing care for patients with common health problems. Concepts from human anatomy, physiology, nutrition, growth, development and pharmacology are integrated.
Prerequisites: BIO 210 , ENG 101 , MAT 120 , instructor permission.
