Developmental Math Basics is intended for students who need assistance in basic arithmetic skills. Based on assessment of student needs, instruction includes performing the four arithmetic operations with whole numbers, fractions, decimals and percents. Applications skills are emphasized. Instruction may also include basic geometry, data analysis, graphs, as well as skills needed to be successful MAT 032 . A grade of C* or better is required to take MAT 032 .
